MONO Ochre - Custom Rug

The slight size variation they warned about turned out to be less than half an inch, which I barely notice. The custom weave took exactly two and a half weeks to arrive and the shuttle loom texture gives it a handcrafted feel.

The ochre color is warmer in person than on my screen, and the weave has that slightly irregular hand-made look I was hoping for. Two and a half weeks felt long while I waited, but it fits my odd hallway size perfectly.

Waited the full two and a half weeks for my custom size and it was worth it — the shuttle-loom weave has this lovely nubby texture you just don't get from machine-made rugs. Measured for a weird hallway nook and it fits like it was made for the space, which, well, it was.
